Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our art to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos if possible. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
All sales are final. As each piece of art is crafted with care and often customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Process
Return Authorization
If your item is eligible for a return due to defect or damage, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without an RA number.
